Implemented the Athena ERP digital information integration and smart logistics management system to comprehensively enhance the company’s digital and intelligent management capabilities; simultaneously developed the new JL series JL-51T2Y dual-spindle, dual-turret turning-milling multitasking machine, continuously advancing hybrid machining technology.

Continued product innovation with the launch of the UL-15A single-spindle lathe with multiple tool positions, twin-spindle twin-turret models UA-150H and UT-2000, and the UMS-2450 linear guide slotting machine—expanding application coverage.

2023
2022

Developed the UA-330LY mill-turn lathe with a 15-station turret, offering greater flexibility for complex machining. Acquired a second ZEISS CMM CONTURA to enhance precision inspection. TS certification was granted for the new series.

Expanded the high-end multitasking line with the UA/UZ series, including models UZ-1500T2Y, UA-1500T2Y, UA-2000T2M, UA-250, and UA-1500T2Y2. TS certification was also granted for the turning machine series.

2021
2020

Introduced the U-25, a moving-column 5-axis vertical machining center designed for complex contour machining. The entire VMC series obtained TS certification.

The fully automated GX-100 smart lathe received the Taiwan Excellence Award. Launched the UT-2000T2M dual-spindle, dual-turret mill-turn machine and obtained ISO 9001:2015 certification, reinforcing quality management.

2017

Launched the large-scale vertical machining center UM-210 and achieved notable sales performance, demonstrating the company’s strength in heavy-duty machining equipment. To enhance the in-house manufacturing capability of critical components, the company introduced the DMG MORI DMU MONOBLOCK 65 five-axis machining center and the CTX BETA 1250 mill-turn composite machine, further improving its technological autonomy.

Developed the GX-100 smart lathe featuring dual spindles and dual robotic arms for automated loading/unloading, advancing intelligent production. Joined Taiwan’s A-Team 4.0 aerospace alliance to strengthen presence in the aerospace sector.

2015

Focused on smart manufacturing by launching intelligent mill-turn machines UT-100M and UT-100Y with built-in gantry automatic loading/unloading systems, along with the GL-12 gang-type turret lathe, significantly enhancing production efficiency and automation.

Extended the turning product line with the JT-150/JT-200 linear guideway lathes and the UT-380 slant-bed model, meeting diverse customer machining needs.

2014
2013

Continued advancing multi-tasking technology with the development of the twin-spindle twin-turret UZ-2000T2Y and twin-spindle Y-axis mill-turn UT-200SY, successfully entering the complex part machining equipment market.

Developed the heavy-duty, boxway vertical mill-turn machine with a 12-tool server tool changer, the UV-100ATCC, and exported it to the U.S. The UT-360 slant-bed lathe was also launched. The new plant in Fengzhou Industrial Park, Taichung, was officially inaugurated, providing greater space for future growth.

2011

Expanded the UV vertical lathe series with the UV-75 and UV-75ATCC. Mill-turn machines received CE certification, enhancing global competitiveness.

Launched the large size, heavy-duty boxway vertical machining center UM-160 and introduced the new UV series vertical lathes (UV-45 and UV-55), further expanding the vertical turning product line.

2010
2009

Developed the heavy-duty CNC lathe series UT-400 and UT-600, and launched the UT-300SY mill-turn center featuring twin spindles and a single turret, enhancing the capability for complex part machining. Became a certified component supplier to U.S. semiconductor companies Wolfe Engineering and Applied Materials. Increased capital to NT$250 million, laying a solid foundation for future growth.

Introduced the self-designed APT-40 power turret for the UT-300 series. Enhanced inspection capability by acquiring a ZEISS CONTURA G2 coordinate measuring machine.

2008
2007

Expanded the vertical machining center product line with the UM-60 and UM-75 models. Initiated in-house R&D projects for key components, including a 12-station power turret, to enhance core technological capabilities. Successfully developed a built-in motor spindle and launched the twin-spindle turning center UT-200S.

Developed the UL-15/20 series flat-bed lathes with a 30° slant saddle and the slant-bed lathe UT-300L, both certified to EMC standards. Implemented the new ERP system to digitalize business processes and launched the sales of UM-130 vertical machining center.

2006
2005

Successfully obtained CE certification for both lathes and vertical machining centers, began exporting the UM-85, UM-85H, and UT-200 to Turkey, and initiated development of the slant-bed lathe UT-300, continuously expanding the product line and exploring international markets.

Successfully developed the vertical machining centers UM-85/UM-110 and the first slant-bed CNC lathe UT-200. Then changed its name to Accuway Machinery Co., Ltd., adopting ACCUWAY as new brand name. It began exporting the CNC lathe GTC-20L to Malaysia and Thailand, actively expanding its own brand market.

2003

Established a new factory in Shengang and secured an OEM manufacturing and assembly contract for the Goodway Machinery CNC lathe GCL-2(L). At the same time, independently developed the high-speed vertical machining centers UM-85H/UM-110H and obtained ISO 9001 certification for machine tool design and manufacturing.

Successfully implemented the ISO 9001:2000 quality management system and obtained certification, while also introducing the advanced Mori Seiki NV-5000 vertical machining center to significantly enhance mold production efficiency and precision.

2002
2001

Secured an OEM manufacturing contract for Boschman automated encapsulation equipment from the Netherlands, further enhancing technical capabilities in the semiconductor equipment manufacturing sector.

The company was renamed Genitek Co., Ltd. and began exporting packaging mold and equipment to semiconductor production customers in regions such as Nagasaki and Kumamoto in Kyushu, Japan.

2000
1999

Obtained the SGS ISO-9002 international quality certification and simultaneously introduced a new management philosophy and system.

Formed a strategic alliance with Chung-Yao Precision Machinery, expanding into stamping molds and automation systems for semiconductor packaging. A new plant was established in Tanzi, Taichung in 1996 to boost production capacity. The two companies merged in 1998, integrating resources and broadening product lines.

1986

Giant Precision Industrial Co., Ltd. (GPI) was established in 1986 in Xindian District, New Taipei City. In its early years, the company's main business focused on the design and manufacturing of semiconductor packaging molds, and later expanded into the research and development of power transistor and LED packaging molds.
