Laser interferometry is applied to measure accuracy
and calibrate positioning errors for each machine under production. In addition,
a state-of-the-art Renishaw ball bar system is applied to check three-dimensional
squareness as well as to optimize motion servo control tuning. Only machine
with circularity variation value within quality control standards is allowed to
be delivered to customers.
